We have just added a great new feature for those of you who link your calendars to our site. It is the Calendar Event View! You can access it when you link your calendar or if you go to the Calendars Page. Click on the calendar icon for the calendar you want to view.
This will show you all of the events that we were able to read from your linked calendar. The blue events show events that we added a reminder for. The red events show events that we did not add a reminder for.
You can click on an event to see details about it...

New Features : Test Mode & Clone Reminder Types
New Features:
Hi, just wanted to let you know about 2 new features that we implemented.
1. Added "Test Mode" that allows you to disable reminders while configuring or testing your account. For more info on "Test Mode", Click Here to go to our forum topic on Test Mode .
2. Clone Reminder Types:
Now you can clone reminder types that you have already set up. This way if you have several different but similar Reminder Types, you can simply clone them and tweak them to your liking instead of recreating them from scratch. This is available on the Reminder Types page of your account.

Increase customer satisfaction by sending reminders using your customer's preferred method of communication (call, text, or email).
Whether you are uploading your reminder information through our API, connecting through Google Calendar or simply using our online interface to do it, you can easily specify and save each of your customer's preferred method of communication.
By allowing your customers to specify the method of their appointment reminders (call, text, or email) you are ensuring that they have the best change of receiving and responding to your reminders.
If you are adding customers through our interface, you can choose their default communication method when you create them or by editing their record. This way, the next time you create or upload appointment info, their reminder will be sent in the method that they specify.
You can also specify the outreach method if you are uploading files or connecting through Google Calendar. Please visit our help documentation for detailed information on this.
Your customers will thank you for sending their reminders in the method that they prefer and who knows, they may just show up for that appointment after all!

New! Reminder Schedule - Setting days/times to send reminders
We have just added a new feature to our interface. You can now change the days and times that your reminders will be sent. Before this change, reminders would be sent Mon-Fri 9AM-8PM. Now you may change the schedule to suit your needs.

Enhanced Import File Upload
Enhanced import file area with the ability to evaluate your import file before upload. Make sure your import file is valid by evaluating it before you upload.
Use your own origination email address
Added the ability to use your own email address when sending email reminders. Make sure your customers receive their email reminders by originating them from your business email address. This is only available with paid Business Accounts.
